Shipping

Dear Customers,

• Porcelain and glass are fragile materials. This fact raises logical question about shipping safety! But, we had have only 15 broken pieces (from thousands of shipped packages) since 1999. We ship most of international orders to remote destinations like USA, UAE, Japan, Australia, Africa, Russian Federation. So we must know what dangerous obstacles can be experienced by our porcelain shipments during the way to your home! And we figth succesfully these freight traps! We are Packing Masters!!! You will be surprised how safely our packages are packed!!! Nevertheless, if your items arrive broken, please, make a picture of a broken item and send it to us. Then we will ship new item to you for free.
• Orders shipped by DPD are delivered by DPD in Europe. Orders shipped by Zásilkovna (Paketa) are delivered by a local partner of Zásikovna.
  
• Orders shipped by Czech post are delivered by your State post in Europe
• Orders shipped by Czech post are delivered by your Country state post overseas

• Do you wish to know the shipping price? Simply put the desired goods in the shopping cart. Then select the country of delivery. The system will then show you options and prices for shipping and payment and total price of the order.
  

   

  Complaints about shipments

  The sent goods must be checked within 24 hours of delivery by the carrier. If you find a damaged piece (broken during transportation), please email us a photo of the damaged piece and the order number. If there are any discrepancies in the shipment, you must also inform us within 24 hours after delivery. THEN WE WILL SEND REPLACEMENT OR MISSING PIECES FREE OF CHARGE. Claims of a production nature can be resolved within the normal 2-year period.

   

• Several usefull notices ABOUT SHIPPING AND PAYMNETS:

  • Calculation of the shipping price of your order: Please simply put the goods in the shoppoing carts and choose the country of delivery. The system will show you prices and shipping and payment options. See picture above.
  • For your better orientation in prices, you can switch to (available payment methods):
    • EUR - Online payment by card, bank transfer (EU countries), cash on delivery (some EU countries) or PayPal
    • USD - Online payment by card or PayPal
    • PLN - Płatność za pobraniem możliwa bezpośrednio w polskich złotych (przygotowujemy płatność online w PLN)
    • HUF - Utánvét közvetlenül magyar forintban lehetséges (online forintos fizetést készítünk)
  • If your goods arrives broken (which can happen very rarely), WE WILL SEND REPLACEMENTS FREE OF CHARGE. We only need to send photos of the damaged items within 24 hours of delivery (by email).
